Submission Preparation Checklist
You can use this list to carry out a final check of your submission before you send it to the journal for review. Please check the relevant section in this Guide for Authors for more details. One author should be designated as the corresponding author with contact details (E-mail address and full postal address).
- Manuscript
- All manuscript files have been uploaded.
- The manuscript file contains all essential sections (the order can vary): Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Ethics Approval (if the work involves the use of human or animal subjects), Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusions, Conflicts of Interest, Acknowledgements.
- The manuscript title is short and informative.
- Author names and affiliations have been provided.
- The abstract can be read as stand-alone text and does not exceed 250 words.
- All references mentioned in the Reference List are cited in the text, and vice versa. The references should be edited according to the WSJET style.
- The manuscript has been checked for spelling and grammar.
- All figures (include relevant captions).
- All tables (including titles, descriptions, and footnotes).
- Ensure all figure and table citations in the text match the files provided.
- Indicate clearly if color should be used for any figures in print.
- Author Agreement (should be signed by all authors)
- Supplemental files (where applicable)
- Further considerations
- Permission has been obtained for use of copyrighted material from other sources (including the Internet).
- A competing interest statement is provided, even if the authors have no competing interests to declare.
- Journal policies detailed in this guide have been reviewed.
- Referee suggestions and contact details were provided, based on journal requirements.
- Acknowledgments in a separate section at the end of the article before the references and do not, therefore, include them on the title page, as a footnote to the title, or otherwise. List here those individuals who provided help during the research (e.g., providing language help, writing assistance, proofreading the article, etc.).

Copyright and Licensing Policy
The Warith Scientific Journal of Engineering and Technology (hereinafter referred to as "the Journal") is committed to promoting open access to scientific research while respecting authors’ rights and intellectual property. The following policy explains the Journal's approach to copyright and licensing.
- Copyright Ownership
Upon acceptance of a manuscript for publication, the authors agree to transfer the copyright of their work to the Warith Scientific Journal of Engineering and Technology. The transfer of copyright gives the Journal the exclusive right to publish, reproduce, and distribute the work in any form (print, electronic, or other media) and to authorize others to do the same.
However, authors retain significant rights to use and share their work under the terms outlined below.
- Author Rights
While the Journal holds the copyright to the published work, the authors retain the following rights:
- Right to Use: Authors can use their work for personal use, academic purposes, and teaching, including in course materials, presentations, and lectures.
- Right to Share: Authors can share the pre-print version of their manuscript (the version prior to peer review) on personal or institutional repositories, provided a proper acknowledgment is made to the Journal.
- Right to Archive: Authors are encouraged to archive the accepted version of their manuscript (after peer review but before the final publication) on institutional repositories or personal websites. The published version (formatted by the Journal) should include a reference to the Journal's final version with a link to the official publication.
- Licensing
All articles published in the Warith Scientific Journal of Engineering and Technology have the right for free distribution and reuse of the work, provided proper credit is given to the original source.
- Share: Copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
- Adapt: Remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially.
Attribution:
Users must give appropriate credit to the original authors and the Journal, provide a link to the license, and indicate if any changes were made. This can be done in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the author or the Journal endorses the user or their use.
- Open Access Policy
The Warith Scientific Journal of Engineering and Technology is an open-access journal, meaning all published articles are freely available to readers without any subscription or paywall barriers. The Journal does not charge readers or institutions for access to published content.
By providing open access, the Journal ensures that research is widely disseminated and available to a global audience, enhancing the visibility and impact of the work published.
- Copyright Disputes and Plagiarism
The Journal has a zero-tolerance policy for copyright violations and plagiarism. Any submitted manuscripts found to contain plagiarized content will be rejected. If plagiarism is discovered after publication, the article will be retracted, and the authors may be subject to further sanctions.
The Journal encourages authors to ensure that all necessary permissions for copyrighted materials (e.g., figures, tables, or text) have been obtained from the original copyright holders before submission.
- Third-Party Content
Authors are responsible for securing permissions for any third-party content (e.g., figures, images, tables, or extensive quotations) used in their manuscripts. All such content must be properly credited, and the necessary permissions obtained before publication.
If any third-party content is used, authors should submit the permission letter to the Journal along with their manuscript.
- Changes to the Copyright and Licensing Policy
The Warith Scientific Journal of Engineering and Technology reserves the right to modify its copyright and licensing policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to authors and applied to future submissions, but previously published articles will remain under the terms agreed upon at the time of publication.
